We are a family-run business open 6 days a week, now entering our 7th year. We aim to give advice on all aspects of mortgages in easy to understand terms. We will provide you with clear information about the products and service we offer, including fees, charges and costs and we encourage you to ask if there is something you do not understand.

We use many different Life Assurance companies for protection and welcome a call if you are just looking to save money on your existing plans.

On the estate agency side, all of our staff are trained to give the highest level of service as standard.  We offer benefits akin to the major estate agents, yet we're still able to offer highly competetitive fees (1% sole agency + vat).

On the lettings side, we have built up an excellent reputation from tenants and landlords alike and we are very proud that many people recommend us to their friends and family.  We offer rent guarantee, tenant redundancy cover and a host of other benefits.
