We are a family-run business now in our 18th year of trading.
We use many different life assurance companies for protection and welcome a call if you are just looking to save money on your existing plans.
We can also offer buildings and contents cover and in accordance with the Council of Mortgage Lenders advice, we strongly recommend that the mortgage payments are covered with an income protection plan. We are happy to give you quotes for this as well, but there is never any pressure on you to take our insurances.
Many of our clients come to us by recommendation and then stay to become valued clients.
We feel that discussing finances, mortgages and insurances is a very private matter, and as such, our mortgage advisers have their own offices, unlike most estate agencies where everything can be overheard.
Estate Agency
On the estate agency side, all of our staff are trained to give the highest level of service as standard. We offer benefits akin to the major estate agents, yet we’re still able to offer highly competitive fees (1% including VAT). As winners of the 2017 British Property Awards (the only winner in Medway), we are proud of our spotless reputation and outstanding service.
Lettings
On the lettings side, we have built up an excellent reputation from tenants and landlords alike and we are very proud that many people recommend us to their friends and family. We offer rent guarantee, tenant redundancy cover and a host of other benefits.
